Empowering Women

Help women gain the skills and confidence to rebuild their lives and thrive. Through intensive personal and professional development, our participants leave prison equipped with the tools, mindset, and determination to succeed in the workforce. We’re proud to report a 92% employment rate within 45 days of release and an average salary increase of 98%, demonstrating professional growth and long-term financial stability.

Supporting Families

Help women reconnect with their children and rebuild strong, nurturing families. More than half of our participants are mothers, and their transformation reaches far beyond themselves positively impacting over 1,200 children. These reunified families experience lasting change: children of graduates are 11 times more likely to finish school and stay out of the justice system, breaking cycles of incarceration for good.

Strengthening Communities

Help reduce recidivism and build safer, more stable communities. With a 1% recidivism rate, our graduates defy the odds and demonstrate what’s possible when people are given real opportunity. As they reintegrate, 81% advance in their careers, contributing to the workforce, supporting their families, and setting powerful examples of lasting transformation.

Fostering Economic Stability

Help women achieve financial independence and take control of their futures. Graduates report an average starting salary of $36,800, with many reaching key milestones like improving credit, buying a vehicle, and achieving independent living. These outcomes lay the foundation for long-term economic security and break the cycle of poverty tied to incarceration.
